Here’s a step-by-step guide for Neville Goddard’s “The Ladder Exercise.”

Get Comfortable: Lie down in bed and get comfortable.

Close Your Eyes: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.

Visualize the Ladder: Imagine a ladder in front of you. Picture it clearly in your mind.

Climb the Ladder: Use your imaginary hands and feet to climb the ladder. Feel each step as you go up.

Repeat: Climb up and down the ladder several times, feeling the reality of each step.

Write “I Will Not Climb a Ladder”: On a piece of paper, write “I will not climb a ladder” and place it somewhere you’ll see it daily.

Repeat Before Sleep: Every night for three nights, repeat the visualization before you go to sleep.

Change Your Sleep Position: Sleep in a different position than usual to enhance the subconscious impact.

Observe: After three nights, observe if you encounter a ladder in your waking life.

The idea is to impress your subconscious mind with the feeling of climbing the ladder, and then see if it manifests in your reality.

Before you try, to get the most out of it.
